Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & HANDLING BY WEIGHT  Free Shipping sales $75 and up except bulk herb orders weight above 15 lbs.

All of our domestic shipping are calculated by our shippers , ships through USPS, UPS and DHL Express. International shipping are through DHL Express. Bulk orders may not to be revised and calculated and you will be notified of the price if there is discrepancy on check out. Please allow 1-2 weeks for prior to shipping. Items usually ship out the next day IF IN STOCK. 

Local pick-up (M-Sat 12:00 -5pm) in NE Heights, Albuquerque,NM area,  and will have no shipping charge, communicate with us when you will pick it up, we need your order number to release your merchandise.

USPS Ground advantage (more leeway with weight)  and Ground Advantage / First class mail is the cheapest because they are calculated with 15 oz or less. 

IMPORTANT:  Ownership of packages turned over to Shipping carriers transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, refused , or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS, UPS or Fed Ex, DHL along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by shipping carrier INSURANCE please request is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :  Case to case basis. Some countries impose a lot of custom duties or may take a while to ship. We don't not normally ship by express mail unless you prepay , communicate with us. Problematic countries are Mexico and Spain. We do not accept orders to countries where there is unrest. Custom duties are your responsibility. We learned if you pay here, total amount is still not accurate.

We welcome international orders if shipping is permitted. You will be notified if there are issues and promptly refunded if we cannot ship to your countries. Problematic countries we encountered are Spain (charges excess taxes)  Mexico (lost packages). We will not be responsible for issues like that. Make sure you complete your address properly. Let us know if a particular shipper is preferred. We will invoice you for charges incorrectly done at your initial ordering.  You will be invoiced from PayPal if we need to get more charges.  Thank you.  We are successful in shipping to UK, Australia, Canada and Mexico. Any orders that come back to us due to shipping issues will be your responsibility. We will only refund items that are not damaged and restock (subject to restocking fees).

DAMAGED GOODS or petty claims to de-fraud us

Please report damaged goods immediately. It is important that the original packaging is saved in order to file a claim with the carrier, not us. The carrier has responsibility and liability when they take control of cargo from us or else they will not accept our shipment. The buyer takes responsibility when it signs off on the shipment after delivery by essentially stating the cargo was in good condition when they received it.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damaged during shipping. If you choose not to buy the insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS,UPS or FedEx, DHL we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS,UPS or FedEx DHL and insured through them.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS, UPS ,Fed Ex and DHL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select insurance service. Once again we are not responsible for the package once it transfers to our shipping carriers, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the shippers loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.

Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.

RETURN POLICY

We provide friendly customer service. For a product that you wish to return, please review your request with a Healingifts’ customer service representative by calling us at (505) 317-7191 or email us at healingifts@gmail.com.

We will give you a return authorization, and therefore all returns must receive pre-approval.

Please notify us within 7 days from receipt of goods, and items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If your return request is approved, repack the products sufficiently to ensure that the bottles will not break during shipping. Product damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packing cannot be credited. The item must have remained unopened, with the safety seal intact and in new condition. The product being returned NOT due to our error will incur a 15% restocking and bookkeeping fee.

MISCELLANEOUS :

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your order before it ships, a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order have not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.


RETURNS: You may exchange or return your unused skin that has NOT been removed from the backing paper within 10 days of receipt, if you are returning the product for a refund, the refund will be issued minus the shipping charge (Shipping paid by you), this includes a $3.40 deduction for the Free First Class shipping service if your initial order qualified for FREE shipping, and your return falls under the $20.00 total, $3.40 will be deducted from your refund plus a 3% restocking fee. We welcome exchanges within 10 days of receipt. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at fault of (Healingifts) we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges.  We do not REFUND for damage of package if you like to add insurance to your order to cover this please select USPS Priority or Express shipping at checkout and your shipment will be insured for up to $100 USD. In the case of an exchange or return due to a mistake on your part, you will be responsible for the postage fee to send the exchange item back to us and for the shipping fee of USPS Priority $6.45 or First Class (NO TRACKING NO INSURANCE) $2.50 to ship the new item to you.
